1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Rakshak in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. What Rakshak does

Rakshak is a website security monitoring dashboard that lets a website owner track visitor traffic, detect suspicious or malicious activity, receive alerts and block or unblock IP addresses for websites they own or are authorised to monitor. The free plan includes one website and 7 days of history; monitoring more websites and keeping data for longer are planned paid features.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and ingest secrets confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including any tracking script or middleware you deploy using your Rakshak credentials.

4. Authorised use only

You may only connect websites that you own or are explicitly authorised to monitor. You may not use Rakshak to track, profile or block visitors on a website without proper authorisation, and you may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Automatic blocking

Rakshak may automatically block IP addresses it identifies as malicious based on the detection rules described in your dashboard. You remain responsible for reviewing blocked IPs and unblocking any address you believe was blocked incorrectly.

6. Data accuracy

Traffic detection, geolocation and threat classification are provided on a best-effort basis. Rakshak does not guarantee that every threat will be detected or that every alert is accurate, and should not be relied upon as your only line of defence.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Rakshak available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages or unforeseen issues may occasionally affect availability.

8. Limitation of liability

Rakshak is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Rakshak after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Paid plans (Pro)

Rakshak has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro costs the amount shown on the pricing page (in INR or USD) for each 30-day period. You buy or renew Pro by messaging the Rakshak team on Telegram, paying by UPI or USDT to the details we send you in that private chat, and sending us proof of payment. Pro is switched on after we have verified the payment and lasts 30 days. It does not renew automatically. When it ends your account returns to the Free plan: websites above the Free limit are paused, and data older than the Free plan's history limit is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Only pay to payment details sent from our official Telegram account; we never ask for your password.
